Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the undersigned, by subscribing to the Newsletter or to the special form for sending messages to Andrea Vicari, declares that he/she has been informed of the following and gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her common personal data for the purposes set out in the same information notice.

1. Purpose of data processing
The purpose of the processing is to send you an informative newsletter or to reply to messages sent by you by filling in a specific form available at the following link: www.vicariavvocati.com/contatti.

2. Modalities of data processing and storage
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 on security measures.
The processing is carried out by the data controller and/or the persons in charge of the processing.
Pursuant to Art. 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, by means of the free, explicit and expressed consent by signing this information notice, personal data will be stored for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.
The e-mail address shall be included in a mailing list and in a database set up and kept up to date for the purpose of sending information material relating to the activities of Andrea Vicari.

3. Optional provision of data and consent
The provision of data is optional and any refusal by the data subject to provide personal data will make it impossible to carry out the activities referred to in point 1.

4. Communication of data
The data will be processed at the offices of Andrea Vicari, by their employees, collaborators in various capacities and consultants previously authorised and instructed. At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003 and Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the right to: (a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data; (b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the storage period; c) obtain rectification and erasure of the data; d) obtain restriction of processing; e) obtain portability of the data, i.e. receive them from a data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance f) object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes; g) object to an automated decision-making process concerning natural persons, including profiling h) request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to the processing of personal data, in addition to the right to data portability; i) withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before the revocation; j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
