Trusts and fiduciary relationships are the foundation of our practice, from which we have developed all our services for individuals, families, and businesses.
In the mid-1990s, the trust was virtually unknown in Italy.
Andrea Vicari, the firm's founder, sought to deepen his understanding of trust law by studying in the U.S., earning a master's degree (Harvard) and later a Doctor of Juridical Science (Cornell), specializing in the field.
Our excellence in this area led to Andrea Vicari's involvement in drafting San Marino's first trust law in 2005, and later in the creation of the 2010 legislative framework.
Today, Andrea Vicari is President of the Trust and Fiduciary Relationships Court of San Marino, and the firm’s publications are authoritative in the field.
We also specialize in family foundations, with Andrea Vicari currently presiding over the Commission for the Study of Family Foundation Laws in San Marino.
