Andrea Vicari together distinguished colleagues, Guillaume Grisel, Clementine Dowley, Keith Dixon and René Felder, we will analyse the legal and practical implications of a change of trustee from a multi-jurisdictional perspective (Italy , Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Jersey, and England & Wales). 

 

Andrea Vicari will present the Italian perspective on issues such as:

▪️ The interaction between the 1985 Hague Trust Convention and the rules of private international law: which law governs the matter?
