Sebastian John Tschuor is specialised in estate and succession planning consultancy.
He assists HNWI and UHNWI clients in planning, transferring, and managing family wealth and family businesses, as well as in the implementation of corporate governance systems.
An expert in the management and administration of trusts and fiduciary arrangements, he also focuses on anti-money laundering regulations and procedures.
He graduated with honors with a law degree from Università degli Studi di Milano, where he still collaborates as a subject expert in the Department of Tax Law.
After his degree, he continued his studies in notarial law and further enhanced his education by completing the course "Innovating and Growing the Business" at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Department of Strategy and Finance. He also completed the master's program "The Law of Trusts in Countries of Origin and Italy," coordinated by Prof. M. Lupoi, at the Consorzio Uniforma and the master’s degree in "Protection, Transmission and Management of Assets" at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, focusing on civil and fiscal issues related to estate planning and wealth management.
